I learned this mystery in the process of seeking deeper intimacy with God through praying in tongues. The day I discovered this mystery, the Holy Spirit ushered me to the depths of the spiritual realm. Since then, I’ve had countless amazing experiences in the spirit.
When you learn of this mystery, there will be no reason why you should not experience the depths of the spiritual realm.

The Mistake of Many Praying in Tongues Believers
Let me start by addressing a common mistake that many praying in tongues believers make. This mistake stops many believers from experiencing the depths of the spiritual realm.
Many believers can pray in tongues, but few know how to give control to the Holy Spirit. The inability for believers to give control to the Holy Spirit kills their ambitions to soak deep in the spirit.
When you don’t give the Holy Spirit control while praying in tongues, you limit His power in you, which ultimately limits how deep you can soak in the spirit.
The saddest part is that many praying in tongues believers don’t even realize that they are quenching the Holy Spirit.
But I’m here to guide you out of that error once and for all. Pay attention and learn.
Solution Context…
For you to understand the mystery I’m about to share with you, I must begin by giving you context.
Here is the thing; the Holy Spirit is our helper. That is simple enough to understand.
But what exactly is the Holy Spirit helping us to do?
In simple terms, the Holy Spirit is continuing the work that Jesus started. This means that all the things the Holy Spirit does are meant to draw us closer to God through Christ Jesus.
I hope everything is clear up to that point.
Now, since we are in the physical realm and God is in the spiritual realm, it means that the work of the Holy Spirit is the bridge between the physical realm and the spiritual realm.
When we talk specifically about praying in tongues, we pray in tongues physically but through the Holy Spirit we have impact in the spiritual realm.
Tongues are the primary tool the Holy Spirit uses to help us communicate in the spiritual realm while we are in the physical realm.
Things are getting a bit complex. I hope I have not lost you.
For the Holy Spirit to lead you, He needs you to give Him control. This is very important, and it brings me to the mystery I wanted to share.
The Revelation…
The spiritual realm is complex, very complex. Most of the rules of the spiritual realm are unknown to us.
However, the Holy Spirit knows all the rules of the spiritual realm. Since we must get into the spiritual realm for us to experience God, we have to keep all the rules of the spiritual realm, including those we don’t know.
That is part of the reason why Romans 8:26 says we do not know how to pray as we ought to but the Holy Spirit helps us in our weaknesses.
Though we may not understand most of the rules of the spiritual realm, as long as we give control to the Holy Spirit, He will lead us through all the spiritual realms until we get to God’s presence.
This brings me to the main question; how do we give control to the Holy Spirit and soak in the spirit while praying in tongues?
Well, it begins by verbal consent. You have to let the Holy Spirit know that you desire to get to deeper realms of the spirit.
After that, you have to admit that you don’t know how to get to the deeper realms of the spirit. Your admission is the humility that the Holy Spirit requires to start the process of preparing you to get into the spiritual realm.
The Holy Spirit will usually begin by leading you through purification. If you have any sin or any form of defilement, He will remind you of it.
Your responsibility is to repent. Anytime to pray in tongues and then you remember something sinful you did, repent. It is the Holy Spirit leading you to repent of your sin.
In the spiritual realm, anyone who has sin belongs to the devil. For that reason, the Holy Spirit can’t let you get into the spiritual realm with sin on you.
After you have repented, the Holy Spirit will usually lift you to the second heaven, where you have to battle powers of darkness that hinder people from accessing God.
At this point, your tongues usually become very aggressive as you wage war. The secret of prevailing in this realm is declaring your allegiance to Jesus.
Those powers of darkness don’t fear people but they avoid anyone who proclaims Jesus. If you are a seasoned praying in tongues believer, the powers of darkness already know and so they don’t even attempt to stop you. But if it is your first time, they oppose you greatly.
Once you go beyond this stage, the Holy Spirit will ease your tongues, and give you some instructions before allowing you to enter God’s holy presence.
Your responsibility is to be obedient to the instructions of the Holy Spirit.
And just like that, you will encounter the presence of God while praying in tongues.
