For many praying in tongues believers, seeing visions is a deep mystery. They have the desire, but they don’t know what to do to start seeing visions when they are praying in tongues.
I’m going to share with you a revelation that will not only fire you up to pray in tongues, but it will also help you see visions.
This is the exact revelation that the Holy Spirit gave me when I was seeking to see visions when praying in tongues. Ever since I understood this revelation, I’ve seen countless visions while praying in tongues.
Let’s get right into it.
The Mistake of Many Praying in Tongues Believers…
Before I get into the revelation, let me start by mentioning a common mistake I see many praying in tongues believers making. This mistake hinders many tongue-speaking believers from seeing visions.
Many praying in tongues believers simply pray in tongues and hope to see visions. This is a mistake. Seeing visions is complex. It takes more than just praying in tongues.
For believers who do this, they find themselves praying in tongues consistently, but not seeing any visions. They then start questioning if their tongues are effective. They assume that their tongues are not powerful enough to earn them the right to see visions.
But all their assumptions are wrong. What they lack is a revelation to open a spiritual door for them.
That revelation is exactly what I’ll be sharing with you shortly. Stay tuned! But before then, let me give you the necessary background information.
Solution Context…
Take note of the following three scriptures. They are the backbone of the revelation I’ll share with you.
The first scripture is from Matthew 5:8. The Bible says…
Blessed are the pure in heart, For they shall see God.
This is a simple scripture, but it is loaded with information. I’ll unpack it for you shortly.
The second scripture is from Revelation 1:11. The Bible says…
saying, “I am the Alpha and the Omega, the First and the Last,” and, “What you see, write in a book and send it to the seven churches which are in Asia: to Ephesus, to Smyrna, to Pergamos, to Thyatira, to Sardis, to Philadelphia, and to Laodicea.”
This is an interesting scripture in the context of praying in tongues and seeing visions. I’ll explain to you how it ties in with the first scripture.
The last scripture is from the writings of Apostle Paul, specifically Ephesians 1:17. It says…
that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give to you the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Him,
Well, those are the three scriptures you must have in your mind every time you think of praying in tongues to see visions. Let me explain to you why.
The Revelation…
In Matthew 5:8, Jesus outlines an important factor when it comes to seeing visions. Jesus tells us that the purity of our hearts will open a door for us to see God.
This means that anytime you want to see heavenly visions, the purity of your heart is the first factor that God considers.
This brings me to Revelation 1:11. In this verse, Jesus commands John to write down what he sees and send it to the seven churches.
This verse highlights the second most important factor concerning seeing visions. For you to see visions when praying in tongues, you have to be obedient to God.
Each vision that God shows you has a purpose. For that purpose to be fulfilled, you have to take some action. If God knows that your heart is obedient, He will show you visions, but if He knows you are disobedient, there will be no point in showing you the visions.
To top it all up, Apostle Paul, in His many revelations, mentions a key point about visions and revelations in Ephesians 1:17. He indirectly lets us know that every vision and revelation is given to us so that we may know God more.
In other words, every vision you see is an aspect of God that the Holy Spirit is teaching you. This means that you need to have a desire to know God for you to prompt the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to see visions.
But you may ask, how does praying in tongues help in this process?
Well, praying in tongues helps you connect with the Holy Spirit. When that connection is established, the Holy Spirit will lead you to meet the conditions necessary for you to see visions.
If you cooperate with the Holy Spirit while praying in tongues, He will open your eyes and show you many visions.
Therefore, when you pray in tongues with the hope of seeing visions, remember to keep your heart pure, obey God, and desire to know Him more.
Now that you have the revelation, soak deep in tongues, align your heart, and know God. In no time, you will start seeing visions.
God bless you!
