Remember in the Bible Jesus had compassion on the people who were mourning the death of Lazarus. The compassion moved Him to tears and as a result, He raised Lazarus from the dead.
In your prayer, tell God to look upon the suffering of your mother and have compassion. Also, tell God to consider the pain that your mother’s sickness is causing to you and have pity. The prayers you make will evoke the compassion of God and that is what will make Him send forth His power to heal your sick mother.

Remember the story of Naaman in the Bible; he was asked to go wash himself seven times in the river Jordan for him to be healed of leprosy.
Also, remember the blind man whom Jesus smeared mud on his eyes and told him to go wash off the mud in the pool of Siloam. In both these cases, the obedience of the sick people earned them healing. To this day, God still gives instructions on what people need to do to receive healing.
Because you have offered yourself as an intercessor for your mother, God will give you instructions that your mother needs to follow to get healing. It is your responsibility to find a suitable way to deliver that message to your mother for her to receive healing.
In some cases, God may require you to lay hands on your mother and make a prayer for her healing. In other cases, God may require that your mother uses anointing oil on herself to receive healing. Depending on the dynamics in place, there will be different instructions from God.
